Job Purpose
Paid Performance Marketing mainly creates and optimizes online marketing campaigns to achieve client’s requirements. This position works closely with Marketing Planning & Strategy.

Responsibilities
• Innovate the online advertising ecosystem to build successful brand performance
• Responsible for driving campaign initiatives to achieve the client's online business performance through online Marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Manage and create campaigns based on marketing activities or promotions
• Analyze and optimize your campaign portfolio using data-driven techniques. Then, develop strategies to grow the business
• Keep up with best practices, new tools, and technologies to help our client and Ad the top to success KPI

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Key Requirements
• Having experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
• A self-starting attitude - the ability to work independently and take initiatives
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a team and clients with motivation skills.
• Good command of MS Office / GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs)
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Senior : 2 years experience in media buying and optimization
