Global Industrail Internship Program
Job description
• During the project phase:
o Integration of new software solutions into existing technical customer environments
o System installation- and configuration
o Handling of change requests
o Testing and validation
o Problem analysis und elimination of errors
o Customer trainings
o Supporting customer staff in pilot phases and while ramping up the production
• During the maintenance phase additionally:
o Ongoing remote or onsite production support (Possibly in Chonburi and Rayong)
o Follow up on IT incidents
o Reconfiguration and modification
o Software updates

ในช่วงโครงการ:
o บูรณาการ แนวทางแก้ไขของซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่ ให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมทางเทคนิคของลูกค้าที่มีอยู่
o ติดตั้งระบบและการกำหนดค่าในระบบ
o จัดการคำขอ
o ทดสอบและการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบ
o วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด
o ฝึกอบรมลูกค้า
o ช่วยเหลือพนักงานของลูกค้าในขั้นตอนทดสอบและในขณะที่เพิ่มกำลังการผลิต
ในระหว่างขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษา:
o ช่วยเหลือจากระยะไกลหรือนอกสถานที่อย่างใกล้ชิด (ในพื้นที่ ชลบุรีและระยอง)
o ติดตามงานด้านไอที
o กำหนดค่าใหม่และการปรับเปลี่ยน
o อัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์

- Studying in Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with course work in IT area (New grad is welcome to apply)
- Proactive, enthusiastic, adaptable, teamwork, and service-mind.
- Excellent communication skill in local language and English language in writing, reading and speaking
- Willing to travel in the eastern area (Possibly in Chonburi and Rayong) from time to time.
